Kristin Lovejoy

President

As President and chief executive of Acuity Solutions Corporation, Kris' goal is to develop products that customers truly love, sold and delivered with a strict focus on perfection, by a team of insightful and passionate security experts.

With more than 20 years of experience and a recognized expertise in the field of security, risk, compliance and governance, Kris brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to her role as President. Prior to this role, Kris was General Manager of the IBM Security Services Division, charged with development and delivery of managed and professional security services to IBM clients across the world. In addition, she served as their Global CISO and VP of Information Technology Risk. Kris is also a member of numerous external boards and advisory panels, including SC Magazine's Editorial Board, and Grotech Ventures.

Jeffrey Phelan

Global Sales & Marketing

With 25 years of building and growing new businesses, Jeffrey brings a diverse set of technology expertise and innovation leadership to Acuity Solutions. As an entrepreneur, on venture backed teams and in large corporate enterprises, Jeffrey has a deep background of creating and launching innovative products and solutions for consumers, in both business and government markets. Jeffrey joins Acuity from the Information Systems sector at Northrop Grumman where he helped develop cybersecurity strategy. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Jeffrey was Director of Products for the systems integrator SRA International.

Peter Kaloroumakis

Technology Risk

A computer and network security specialist, Peter has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Acuity Solutions' flagship cyber intelligence platform BluVector. Previously Peter provided network and systems engineering support to Northrop Grumman customers with expertise in programming, network engineering, and security device analysis and monitoring. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 2008, Peter served six years in the United States Air Force where he was responsible for mission critical network operations and network security.
